Team Topologies Solution Partners (TTSP) help to embed and extend the use of Team Topologies ideas and practices within customer organizations, driving positive outcomes and championing adaptive transformations.

With significant industry experience, TTSPs work alongside to help a growing number of organizations worldwide to adopt and scale Team Topologies as a key part of their digital operating model.

We expect TTSPs in many geographic regions by 2024 (and worldwide by 2025) providing organizations across all sectors with a choice of local partners with significant expertise and awareness in Team Topologies to guide and accelerate organizational transformations.

Many TTSPs are also Value Added Resellers (VAR), authorized to sell “at scale” products - such as seats on the Team Topologies Academy, books, printed resources, etc. - directly to end customers.

Entry criteria for TTSP

 
 

To qualify initially for TTSP status, an organization must demonstrate a baseline awareness of Team Topologies by having employees complete one or more courses on the TT Academy. The minimum number of employees required to complete a course depends on the size of the organization. The TTSP organization also pays an annual administration fee (with a monthly or annual payment options) that grants access to the partner materials.

Renewal criteria

Each year, TTSPs are assessed based on based on three main criteria:

  1. TTSP provides two publish-ready case studies of between 700 and 2000 words showcasing their use of Team Topologies ideas and practices in a real customer context. The case study must identify the customer organization name and permission must have been granted for TT to use the organization name and logo when publishing the case study. 

  2. TTSP provides detailed customer references and feedback from at least 4 customers with whom the partner has worked in the preceding year. These references may relate to work that included Team Topologies ideas and practices but this is not essential. 

  3. TTSP ensures that a minimum number of employees complete further training via the TT Academy. Training course completion will be verified via the TT Academy and generated course completion certificates.

If the TTSP's renewal commitments are not met, their TTSP status will expire at the anniversary of the subscription.
