For organizations that have already used the Team Topologies Academy to scale out awareness and/or taken advantage of our trusted partner network, we offer dedicated consulting from the authors of Team Topologies (Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais) along with Team Topologies Valued Practitioners (TTVPs).
Engagement model and options
We are typically available for engagements of between 3 and 12 months for up to 2.5 days per week per consultant.
